Hubs was back tonight to work out with me!

I really wanted a cinnamon roll before I worked out- but after my workout I didn't want one.

Love my Hubs- but since we have been been doing low impact workouts because of his knee and ankle still healing.
Tonight he was unable to workout with me - so I kicked butt doing T25, Beta, Core Cardio.
I haven't sweat like that for awhile. It felt so good.

The Hubs worked out with me tonight!
Hip, Hip, Hooray!!
His swollen ankle and knee have calmed down enough...
So we did JM Fastfix Kickboxing, Level 1. 20 Minutes.

It was so nice to have the Hubs back!!

60 Minutes of Happiness!

It's been harder to get my workouts in without my Hubs there to workout with.
I relied on him and he relied on me to push each other to workout every night.
Today is Monday...and I got in my workouts.
2 actually.
Jillian Michaels, Shred it with weights, Level 1. 30 Minutes.
Turbo Jam, Fat Blaster, 30 Minutes.
60 Minutes.
Hooray!
