Did YOU make time TODAY to MOVE? I know that if I miss a Monday it is much easier for me to workout less through out the week. Tonight the Hubs and I did Insanity, Cardio Power & Resistance. 35 Minutes. Then I ended my night by doing Turbo Jam, Lower Body Jam. 30 Minutes.
