I have been having a hard getting back into my workout groove.
I don't know what my problem is besides I am busier with the kids back into school.
I've also been making some bad choices as far as eating goes.
I also have been lacking in my intake of water.
But with a little motivation tonight and some determination on my end I got in a HIIT workout.
