Finally, a HIIT workout!

I have been having a hard getting back into my workout groove.
I don't know what my problem is besides I am busier with the kids back into school.
I've also been making some bad choices as far as eating goes.
I also have been lacking in my intake of water.
But with a little motivation tonight and some determination on my end I got in a HIIT workout.

Turbo Fire, HIIT 30 Class. 30 Minutes.
I LOVE Chalene- She is the BEST couch, ever!

T25, Alpha, Total body circuit. 25 Minutes.
Triceps 40 Minutes.
Abs 10 Minutes.

I love love love having my Man working out by my side!

Just Keep Going!

I haven't worked out since Tuesday and its Friday...
I've missed 3 days of working out.
My kids just started up school and so its thrown my usual routine out of routine.
I'm telling myself that "it's okay" and it isn't the end of the World.

2 for 2!

I can't complain...I got in my workout tonight even though I was tired.
In my challenge group we were asked to share our favorite ab exercise.
I chose to share...Turbo Jam, Ab Jam. 20 Minutes.
This workout will burn your core. If I ever want a good core burn I always go to this dvd.
 Then for my regular workout I did 
T25, Beta, Dynamic Core. 25 Minutes!
I still need to do better on my eating habits.

I'm giving myself a 4 even though I had ice cream today. 
It was a great day and I got in a double workout which equals 50 minutes of Shaun T. 
 Life is good where I sit!

The only goal I met was my double workout on T25.
Tomorrow will be better.
I am giving myself a 2.

T25, Beta, Upper Focus. 25 Minutes.
I love love love T25.

I also have loved this protein drink that I have found at the Natural Grocers. It is all natural- no sugar, no artificial sweeteners and GMO free. The taste is natural- I have tried a few other protein drinks and they have always tasted like medication to me. Yuck! But this is SUPER yummy!

Tonight was awesome!
I did T25, Beta, Core Dynamic. 25 Minutes. and
Focus T25, Beta, Core Cardio. 25 Minutes.

The Hubs did Legs and T25, Alpha, Speed 1.0. 25 Minutes.

I can't tell you how much I LOVE T25. Best investment, ever!

Double MONDAY!

Tonight I made up for not working out on Friday.
I was tired on Friday and so I didn't work out- I know that I should have because it would have helped me.
Boo.
So tonight I did T25, Beta, Upper Focus. 25 Minutes.
And T25, Beta, Core Cardio. 25 Minutes.

It was so exhilarating and sweaty!!

I worked out 23 times in July! WAHOO...
