2 for 2!

I can't complain...I got in my workout tonight even though I was tired.
In my challenge group we were asked to share our favorite ab exercise.
I chose to share...Turbo Jam, Ab Jam. 20 Minutes.
This workout will burn your core. If I ever want a good core burn I always go to this dvd.
 Then for my regular workout I did 
T25, Beta, Dynamic Core. 25 Minutes!
I still need to do better on my eating habits.
