Today was a good day.
I ate really good- I did eat 2 graham crackers with frosting in the middle.
I drank a lot of water.
Tonight I did T25, Alpha, Lower Focus. 25 Minutes.
My own routine of thighs, butt, legs, abs, weights and more abs. 60 Minutes.
Today I started seeing some definition in my abs today.
It made me excited and it made me want to try harder to eat better.
I know where I lack- it is my diet because I put in the hard work.
Again, I just love working out. It makes me feel so good- both mentally and physically!
I will continue to work out for the rest of life.
It is my passion and my drive.
I am thankful for the opportunity to grow and learn.
