Wednesday!

I was running on my treadmill tonight and I fell...
Luckily the Hubs was there to save me.
Note to self: Wear that thing that hooks to your shirt so if you fall the treadmill WILL stop!
Ouch! 
I have skinned up knees.




 I also worked the butt, obliques, arms and abs for 30 Minutes.


 Then onto T25, Beta, Rip't Circuit. 25 Minutes.
 LOVE IT!
My Hubs is petty awesome too! ;)

Tonight was amazing!
I did T25, Beta, Speed 2.0. 25 Minutes.
It is no joke- it is speed 25 minutes of the 25 minutes.
I have pictures to prove just how much I was moving and sweating!
It was a super fun workout as well!

1st Day of Beta!!

Yay, I am on week 1 of Beta!
I was really excited to get to Beta- When I worked out tonight I felt stronger than ever.
I kept going and didn't stop.
I did T25, Beta, Core Cardio, 25 Minutes.
This afternoon together as a family we went on a hike, short hike, only 1.2 miles.
I LOVE the mountains. It was a great escape from everyday life.

Blogilates!

Since today is my "stretch" day...I got on youtube and went to my favorite place...
BLOGILATES!
I love Cassey Ho- She is great at what she does!
60 minutes of killer butt, thighs, legs and abs.

For the record I got in 6 workouts in 6 days!
Wahoo..I love it!

Update on the Hubs for the week!

The Hubs was able to get in 5 full workouts this week!
I am so proud of him.
When I say "full" workouts, I mean not only did he do T25- He also lifted weights!
He is so great!
 So he got 5 workouts in out of 6 days.
Way to go!

Last Day of Alpha!

Tonight was my last day of Alpha. Monday I will be starting Beta.
Wahoo!
So tonight I did T25, Alpha, Total Body Circuit, 25 Minutes.
T25, Alpha, Lower Focus, 25 Minutes.
And 40 Minutes of Butt, Inner Thighs and Abs.

Whew- I can feel that my body is going to be sore tomorrow.
I love it though.
I feel so good and so happy!

Tuesday!

Today was day 2 of 7 days of clean eating.
Today wasn't such a good day for me. I didn't plan lunch ahead- but I won't consider it a horrible day. This is reality- life happens. So I choose to enjoy it!
Breakfast: Nothing
Snack: Nothing
(by now I was starving!)
Lunch: Carl's Jr Big Cheese Burger and a few fries and a powerade. Some Watermelon.
Snack: Sweet N' Salty Mix (yes, there were a few M&M's in it)
Dinner: Black Beans and Rice (new recipe...SO yummy!) Apples, Strawberries and cucumbers!
I did okay on water intake- I could definitely improve on that.

I just finished T25, Alpha, Ab Intervals. 25 Minutes. Week 5.
My own circuit of Abs, Butt, Arms, Legs, Obliques & weights. 20 Minutes.

Starting Monday off with a "5!!"

I started my 7 days of clean eating today.
Today was day one.

Breakfast: 2 whole eggs & 1 piece of cooked ham
Snack: nothing, I was busy
Lunch: 6 inch whole wheat turkey Subway sandwich which had lettuce, cucumbers & olives only. 1 cup of watermelon.
Snack: GV peach yogurt, 1 cheese stick and 6 inch whole wheat turkey Subway sandwich which had Lettuce, cucumbers & olives only.
Dinner: 2 small pork chops and 1/4 cup brown rice.
I drank lots of water today!
I did T25, Alpha, Total Body Circuit. 25 Minutes. Week 5.
As well as my own circuit of Abs and Butt, 15 Minutes.
I'm giving myself a 5.

Lower Focus & My own Circuit!

 Today was my stretch day- 
I worked out with The Hubs (You know- to keep him on board and everything! Just kidding!) 
Really though today was my stretch day.
 I ended up doing Focus T25, Alpha, Lower Focus. 25 Minutes and 25 Minutes of my own circuit- Abs, Thighs, Butt, Legs & Weights! I love it!
Today I did good on drinking my water - not so good at eating healthy.
I had Panda Express for dinner.
 Although I did have a bowl full of watermelon and strawberries!
I have been doing really well on NOT snacking!
On the 21st I start a challenge group of eating clean for 7 days.
I hope that I do well.

Double Friday!

Wahoo! 
It is Friday and I got in all of my workouts in all week!
Tonight I started working out at 10 PM- I'm know I am crazy!
But hey, at least I got my workout in! ;)

T25, Apha, Ab Intervals. 25 Minutes.
50 Minutes of T25 is AWESOME!








Oh yeah- I feel so good!

I got my Workout Buddy!

I got my workout buddy back, at least for tonight!
He is a rock star and I love him so much!
Thank goodness he is my Husband, too!

We did: T25, Alpha, Total Body Circuit. 25 Minutes.
Then I did Abs, Thighs, Butt, Legs and weights. 30 Minutes.

Today wasn't a bad day- I'm giving myself a 3.



I love that you can see The Hubs laying on the floor.
He did a great job for not working out at all this week and only one day last week.
He will get right back into it this coming week!

Happy Wednesday!

Today was a good day.
I ate really good- I did eat 2 graham crackers with frosting in the middle.
I drank a lot of water.
Tonight I did T25, Alpha, Lower Focus. 25 Minutes.
My own routine of thighs, butt, legs, abs, weights and more abs. 60 Minutes.
Today I started seeing some definition in my abs today.
It made me excited and it made me want to try harder to eat better.
I know where I lack- it is my diet because I put in the hard work.
Again, I just love working out. It makes me feel so good- both mentally and physically!





I will continue to work out for the rest of life. 
It is my passion and my drive.
I am thankful for the opportunity to grow and learn.

Purple Tuesday!

Have I ever told you that when I workout my body starts to crave working out?
Well it does. I appreciate it!
I did Focus T25, Alpha, Total Body Circuit. 25 Minutes. I am on week 4.
Then a circuit of my very own- abs, butt, thighs, arms and weights. 30 Minutes.
I ate pretty healthy today, too. I did good on my water intake and I got a lot accomplished at home! I'm giving myself a "5."
I love to see and feel my body change!

Monday is my favorite day!

Would you think that I was totally weird if I said that Monday really is my favorite day of the week?
Well it is!
I love working out.
It helps clear my mind and I love that it releases happy endorphins!
I did T25, Alpha, Cardio. 25 Minutes.
Plus 30 minutes of abs, arms, weights and butt.
I made cupcakes for my daughter- I didn't even eat one. Oh yeah- I ate healthy and took in good amounts of water! I'm giving myself a high "5."
