Double Friday!

Wahoo! 
It is Friday and I got in all of my workouts in all week!
Tonight I started working out at 10 PM- I'm know I am crazy!
But hey, at least I got my workout in! ;)
Did you? I hope so.
Tonight was T25, Alpha, Speed 1.0. 25 Minutes
T25, Apha, Ab Intervals. 25 Minutes.
50 Minutes of T25 is AWESOME!








Oh yeah- I feel so good!

Isn't my hair cute? 
I think its pretty and its something different than putting my hair up in ponytail!
