Tuesday!

Today was day 2 of 7 days of clean eating.
Today wasn't such a good day for me. I didn't plan lunch ahead- but I won't consider it a horrible day. This is reality- life happens. So I choose to enjoy it!
Breakfast: Nothing
Snack: Nothing
(by now I was starving!)
Lunch: Carl's Jr Big Cheese Burger and a few fries and a powerade. Some Watermelon.
Snack: Sweet N' Salty Mix (yes, there were a few M&M's in it)
Dinner: Black Beans and Rice (new recipe...SO yummy!) Apples, Strawberries and cucumbers!
I did okay on water intake- I could definitely improve on that.

I just finished T25, Alpha, Ab Intervals. 25 Minutes. Week 5.
My own circuit of Abs, Butt, Arms, Legs, Obliques & weights. 20 Minutes.
