Today was my stretch day-
I worked out with The Hubs (You know- to keep him on board and everything! Just kidding!)
Really though today was my stretch day.
I ended up doing Focus T25, Alpha, Lower Focus. 25 Minutes and 25 Minutes of my own circuit- Abs, Thighs, Butt, Legs & Weights! I love it!
Today I did good on drinking my water - not so good at eating healthy.
I had Panda Express for dinner.
Although I did have a bowl full of watermelon and strawberries!
I have been doing really well on NOT snacking!
On the 21st I start a challenge group of eating clean for 7 days.
I hope that I do well.
