I was running on my treadmill tonight and I fell...
Luckily the Hubs was there to save me.
Note to self: Wear that thing that hooks to your shirt so if you fall the treadmill WILL stop!
Ouch!
I have skinned up knees.
I also worked the butt, obliques, arms and abs for 30 Minutes.
Then onto T25, Beta, Rip't Circuit. 25 Minutes.
LOVE IT!
