Update on the Hubs for the week!
The Hubs was able to get in 5 full workouts this week!
I am so proud of him.
When I say "full" workouts, I mean not only did he do T25- He also lifted weights!
He is so great!
So he got 5 workouts in out of 6 days.
Way to go!
