Yay, I am on week 1 of Beta!
I was really excited to get to Beta- When I worked out tonight I felt stronger than ever.
I kept going and didn't stop.
I did T25, Beta, Core Cardio, 25 Minutes.
This afternoon together as a family we went on a hike, short hike, only 1.2 miles.
I LOVE the mountains. It was a great escape from everyday life.
