I got my workout buddy back, at least for tonight!
He is a rock star and I love him so much!
Thank goodness he is my Husband, too!
We did: T25, Alpha, Total Body Circuit. 25 Minutes.
Then I did Abs, Thighs, Butt, Legs and weights. 30 Minutes.
Today wasn't a bad day- I'm giving myself a 3.

He did a great job for not working out at all this week and only one day last week.
He will get right back into it this coming week!
