I started my 7 days of clean eating today.
Today was day one.
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs & 1 piece of cooked ham
Snack: nothing, I was busy
Lunch: 6 inch whole wheat turkey Subway sandwich which had lettuce, cucumbers & olives only. 1 cup of watermelon.
Snack: GV peach yogurt, 1 cheese stick and 6 inch whole wheat turkey Subway sandwich which had Lettuce, cucumbers & olives only.
Dinner: 2 small pork chops and 1/4 cup brown rice.
I drank lots of water today!
I did T25, Alpha, Total Body Circuit. 25 Minutes. Week 5.
As well as my own circuit of Abs and Butt, 15 Minutes.
I'm giving myself a 5.
